What does “Telemetry Ready” really offer? Well data and better production.

Every SPOC Automation drive has the ability to add a communication protocol card like ModBus RTU, Ethernet ModBus TCP and others. The parameters in all our drive products and pump off controller software are accessible as either read only or read/write values. With our leading edge technology and powerful processing, IronHorse & Subduer drives have the capability to run two communication protocols
at the same time.

So what does that mean to the production manager, pumper or field foreman? These key people will have the ability to remotely monitor and/or change settings in the drive and pump off controller. You can make changes via Telemetry systems (Radio, dial up, satellite or internet) with the proper security clearance.

Unlike traditional pump off controllers on the market, the IronHorse and Subduer drives with SPOC pump off controller software do not require a separate radio system to access the pump off data.

So, if you have an existing telemetry system in place and can communicate ModBus RTU, you can access all the data. If you need to increase or decrease pump speed, or if you want to change the time settings on pump off conditions, the flexibility is available by installing a ModBus RTU communication card in the drive.
