Just ask Tom Baker, a California-based salesman for one of SPOC’s partners. When one of his customers called in a panic after his 1000HP horizontal pump drive died, Tom called SPOC. “SPOC saved the day,” Baker said. “They worked all weekend to produce a new unit for my customer, and called every day to give me updates on production.” Nine days later, SPOC sent a shipment and two engineers to California. The hot shot drivers drove straight through and were waiting at the site with a new drive at 6 am. “Normal channels would take 8-10 weeks to deliver a new variable frequency drive” Baker said. “SPOC’s service is unmatched, and they make us all look good.”
